The latest limited-time event forWoW,Mists of Pandaria Remix, introduces a ton of new mechanics for players ofevery class in the retail version of the game. New items like gems and special consumables, new spells to slot into your already-full action bars, new cosmetics to track and acquire – it can be a lot to manage without the help of addons.
A few of the bestMoP Remixaddons are specifically useful for the event, like Remix Gem Helper and BetterBags' MoP Remix plugin. But others are generally useful forWoWand these usescarry over toMoP Remix, like Leatrix Plus' QoL updates or MoveAny’s Edit Mode improvements. Be sure to download a mod manager (like Curseforge) to sort these addons more efficiently.

7Bartender or MoveAny
ThoughWoW Dragonflight’s Edit Mode and UI updates made the game more customizable than ever, some UI elements still can’t be moved or customized easily.
You can move action bars, the map, chat, your character and target frames, and lots more – but players still can’t move things like the PvP meter, encounter bar, target elements, and there aren’t many ways to customize action bars aside from positioning and icon distance.

Bartender4 and MoveAny solve this problem by incorporating more customizations either into the Edit Mode window or in its own customization UI. Both mods are useful inMoP Remixfor giving you more control over the appearance of your UI, but be sure to spend some time using the in-game Edit Mode to organize the basics to your liking, too.
6Leatrix Plus
Leatrix Plus is an all-in-one Quality of Life addon that gives players a suite of options to customize their game experience. That sounds pretty general, but that’s really what the main goal of Leatrix is – provide more options to give players more control over the various UI features, gameplay settings, and even automation for things like quest turn-ins, summons, and resurrection.
Leatrix Plus is a must-have mod forMoP Remixbecause it lets you zoom out further than the default maximum, which lets you see more of the beautiful landscape of Pandaria. There is a lot that this very lightweight mod can do, and it’s worth checking out to see how it can make yourWoWexperience a bit more user-friendly.

5OPie
With the sheer amount of mounts, toys, and other collectibles that you may get inMoP Remix– and all of the new special on-use abilities that you must find room on your action bar for – OPie can really work wonders. This simple mod allows players to assign a hotkey to a Ring, which displays a sub-menu of items that can be selected with the flick of the mouse.
Each of these rings can hold dozens and dozens of items, which can be sorted into various categories. This makes it easier to summon anything from an extensive mount collection on command, or have your favorite Toys within easy grasp. Consider creating a Ring for yourfavoriteMoP RemixGem abilitiesto reduce the amount of space these new abilities take up on your action bars.

4WeakAuras - MoP Remix Daily Tracker
WeakAuras is one of the most elaborate mods inWoWbecause it allows players to create custom UI elements for almost anything in the game. Typically used to remind players of ability triggers in combat without having to look down at their action bar, WeakAuras can also be used to track custom objectives – likeMoP Remixdailies, sources of Bronze, and more – via user-made plugins.
There are hundreds of custom WeakAuras out there to try out, though the base version of the mod doesn’t actually come with anything except the default class Auras – it’s more of a foundation for other mods than a mod in and of itself.

Try using plugins likeMoP Remix Daily Trackerto more effectively plan out all the new objectives and repeatable content inMoP Remixand maximize your Bronze gains.
3RareScanner
It’s possible to farmMists of Pandariareputations inMoP Remix, and one of the ways that players can do this is by collecting Lesser Charms of Good Fortune. Rares throughout Pandaria will drop a handful of Lesser Charms, and having a mod like RareScanner to highlight nearby Rares can be a huge boon for your reputation grinding speed.
Additionally, there is aMoP RemixAchievement that requires players to defeat a list of rares that can only be encountered in Pandaria. Having RareScanner installed ensures that you will never miss a nearby Rare spawn, and canget some Lesser Charms of Good Fortunewhile progressing Achievements for the LTE.

But be sure to spend some time customizing it to make its notifications a bit less annoying and take up less of the UI.
2BetterBags Timerunning
BetterBags is one of the best mods forWoWbecause it offers a way to cleanly organize your inventory, no matter its size. BetterBags automatically separates everything in your inventory by item type and hides slots that aren’t being used. This mod significantly reduces the amount of time it takes to sort items and makes it wayeasier to parse what exactly you havein your inventory.

However, the base version of BetterBags sorts all of theMoP Remixgems into one category, puts all consumables in the same category, and doesn’t do much to separate things based on slot or type.
The Timerunning plugin for BetterBags adds new sections for Meta, Cogwheel, Prismatic, and Tinker gems, sorts consumables into a new section, and does a better job of sorting theMoPitems than the base version of the mod. If you plan to take onMoP Remixwith a bag organization mod, get BetterBags, then be sure to install the Timerunning plugin after.

1Remix Gem Helper
Arguably the most frustrating part ofMoP Remixis the clunky UI for the Gem system. There isn’t a single menu for it, instead you have to have your character and inventory screens open, carefully unequip and requip gems to avoid destroying them, and individually scroll through every gem in your inventory to figure out what its bonuses are to know what the best one to equip is. It can be a hassle, but Remix Gem Helper makes it a lot easier.
With this mod, a new menu opens up to the right of your equipment menu that contains every Gem inMoP Remix, highlights the ones you have collected, and lets you unequip and requip Gems with a single button press. It also highlights Gems that can be combined and Caches that have yet to be opened.
Though it has some bugs when installed alongside other mods that deal with the Gem system, like BetterBags, it’s such a huge improvement over the normalMoP RemixUI that it’s a wonder it’s not the default.
