InStardew Valley, the Giant Stump Quest is a v1.6-exclusive mission that brings Raccoon and his family to the Pelican Town. During this objective, you first create a treehouse near Marnie’s ranch in hopes of attracting new neighbors. Later, you meet a lovely Raccoon who wants to get married and grow his kits in the repurposed tree stump. Here’s a comprehensive guide to help youcomplete the Giant Stump Questand unlock all its rewards quickly.
How to Start the Giant Stump Quest
The Giant Stump is locatedto the left of Marnie’s Ranch, near the Cindersap Forest. However, it only spawns after the Windstorm Event. On a random night, you may hear a tree falling over. If youvisit Marnie’s Ranchthe next morning, you will encounter the new Giant Tree Stump.
There is nothing you’re able to do to trigger the Giant Stump Quest. Afterupdating the game to v1.6, all you need to do iswait for the event. (Although it happens on a random night, the Giant Stump Quest is not arare Random Eventand is given to all players sooner or later.)

How to Complete the Giant Stump Quest
After the Windstorm Event, interact with the giant tree near the Cindersap Forest. (Look for an oddly big stump with a question mark on it.) This will give you a new task to turn the fallen tree into something interesting. To complete the objective, collect 100 pieces ofHardwood.
Once you have100 pieces of Hardwood, bring them back to the stump and select yeswhen the game asks if you want to repair it. Now that you have turned the stump into a tiny house give it some time so that Pelican Town’s new neighbors can move in.

The next morning, you will see the Raccoon hanging around the treehouse.
How to Complete Raccoon Bundles
InStardew Valley 1.6,Raccoon presents you with new bundles to complete. Each bundle consists of two requests, primarily for Artisan products. Each morning, talk to Raccoon to view his requests and fulfill them, similar toa Community Center bundle. (Gather or craft the requested items and return them to him.)
SinceRaccoon is interested in dried and smoked items, it’s advisable tocraft a Fish Smokerand Dehydrator before attempting his requests. Without these machines, you won’t be able to produce some of the requested goods.

Raccoon Bundle Rewards
While Raccoon’s requests and rewards are RNG-based,the following rewards are guaranteed:
