In Ubisoft’s latest addition to the action RPG series,Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, players get to run through the main storyline asEivor, the game’s protagonist. Players are able to switch between two genders for the character, with the game offering minimal customization to Eivor via a range of hairstyles or tattoos. Recently, anAssassin’s Creed Valhallaplayer shares a funny glitch that keeps adding the same Eivor hairstyle to their inventory every time they boot up the game.

It has been two years sinceAssassin’s Creed Valhallalaunched in 2020. Since then, Ubisoft has been busy fulfilling its promises in the game’s content roadmap. Several DLCs have already been released for the title as part of its season pass, with the most recent major content update being theDawn of Ragnarokexpansion. However, despite the age of the game, and theconstant fixes Ubisoft implements toAssassin’s Creed Valhallaon a regular basis, players still find bugs and glitches through several parts of their playthrough.

On Reddit, user TharizdunOfOerth recently shared a photo of their game. In the image, the menu where players can normally customize the look of Eivor can be seen, and it shows that the Redditor has several copies of the same hairstyle. According to the Redditor’s caption, they have been getting a copy of the Dwarven hairstyle every time they load up their game. Most fans will likely recall that they can get this particular hairstyle for Eivor in one of the quest-lines in theAssassin’s Creed Valhalla: Dawn of Ragnarokexpansion.

Fellow players on TharizdunOfOerth Reddit thread shared similar sentiments, saying that they are experiencing the same thing. Some pointed out that they even have as much as 45 pieces of the sameAssassin’s Creed Valhallaaesthetic item. However, none of the players seem to mind it that much or are complaining too much about it. Given that there are other issues that the developers may need to focus on, the player base does not seem to be too concerned by the constant addition of character customization option copies in their inventory.

WithAssassin’s Creed Valhallaimplementing patches and fixes on a regular basis, it is likely that fans do not have to wait too long to see this particular issue being resolved. Hopefully Ubisoft will take notice soon and provide a swift resolution to the problem before the player base’s in-game inventory is overrun with the same hairstyle for Eivor.

Assassin’s Creed Valhallais available now on PC, PS4, PS5, Stadia, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
