One of the main goals for somePokemonfans is to capture them all. It is an arduous task, one that would take years of dedication, hard work, and access to many of themainlinePokemongames.
OnePokemonplayer has completed the mission and now owns every pocket monster that can possibly be caught at this point in the series. Capturing all of them took over ten years, using every mainline game fromPokemonBlack 2andWhite 2toPokemon Legends: Arceus.

On Reddit, a gamer known as ZoroeArc posted a clip showing off their collection of Pokemon. The short video shows the player cycle through theirPokemon Homelibrary, showing every pocket monster to grace the games. The Pokemon collection took up 42 boxes in the app, which is a huge chunk of the space available inPokemon Home.
According to ZoroeArc, they didn’t just collect all 905 Pokemon, but also every gender difference, regional variant, and alternate form, bringing the total to 1,244 pocket monsters. In the clip that they uploaded, all of the different forms can be seen, including every Unown and Alcremie variant. If a Pokemon had even a small visual difference that could bestored inPokemon Home, they were included in the collection.
Every Pokemon that was capable of transforming in battle was also featured in ZoroeArc’s collection. Every pocket monster that has aGigantamax formhad the Gigantamax Factor, both Darmanitans had the Zen Mode Ability, the Greninja had Battle Bond, and the Zygardes had Power Construct. The Redditor admitted that they are not the original trainer for every single Pokemon, but that they were all obtained legitimately.
The only pocket monster that ZoroeArc did not get every form of was thePokemon Spinda. Because of the patterns on its fur, there are over four billion variants of Spinda. ZoroeArc stated that capturing every form of the pocket monster would require over 715,000Pokemon Homeaccounts in order to store them all, and they have their mortal limits. And while they are also missing Shiny variants, the collection is quite impressive. There are very few who can claim that they have caught them all, and ZoroeArc is now one of them. The gamer will have more work ahead of them whenPokemon Scarlet and Violetrelease later this year, but after showing the dedication to obtain the collection that they now have, it should not be too hard to keep their PokeDex complete when the new RPGs release.
Pokemon Scarlet and Violetwill release in late 2022 for Nintendo Switch.
