In addition to being one of the largest areas inMarvel’s Spider-Man 2, the Financial District is also one of the most action-packed. It boasts sixteen objectives in total, which is more than twice as many as some of the other areas ofNew York Citythat players are able to explore in the game.
Perhaps more impressive is how many different types of objectives the district has to offer, with pretty much everything available other than Mysteriums and Prowler Stashes. This huge variety does come at a cost though, as finding every key objective in the Financial District ofMarvel’s Spider-Man 2can be tricky without a complete map.

Financial District Marko’s Memory #1
The first of Marko’s Memories is unmissable and is found inside a building in the center of the Financial District duringthe One Thing at a Time main story mission.
Financial District Marko’s Memory #2
Players can find the second Marko’s Memory in an alleyway in the northern part of the Financial District.
Financial District Marko’s Memory #3
To find the third Financial District Marko’s Memory, players should head to the southeastern part of the district and look for a rooftop covered in sand near the waterfront.
Financial District Marko’s Memory #4
The final Financial District Marko’s Memory can be found near a fountain at the southern tip of the district.
Financial District Photo Op #1
The Financial District’s only Photo Op is calledIt Was an Accidentand can be found in the southern part of the area not too far from the fourth Marko’s Memory. To complete it, players will need to snap a photo of the couple arguing over the broken bicycle.
Financial District FNSM Request #1
Players will be able to trigger the Howard FNSM Request by finding the titular homeless man near the waterfront on the western border of the district. He’ll ask players to help relocate his flock of seagulls, for which they’ll receive 800 XP, 200 Tech Parts, and two Hero Tokens.
Financial District The Flame #1
Where Have You Been becomes available after completing the Amends main story mission and requires players to help evacuate a burning building while controlling Peter and one of his Spider-Bots. Doing so will reward them with 1,000 XP, 200 Tech Parts, and two Hero Tokens.
Financial District EMF Experiment #1
Players will findthe Two Bridges: Plant Science EMF Experimentto the east of the Financial District. To complete it, they’ll need to recover a stolen plant and then complete a Plant Attributes puzzle.
Financial District Hunter Blind #1
The first Financial District Hunter Blind can be found on a rooftop to the east of the district near the entrance to the bridge.
Financial District Hunter Blind #2
Players will find the second Financial District Hunter Blind on a rooftop in the center of the district near an Unidentified Target drone.
