The video game industry is full of unsubstantiated leaks, and gamers have learned to take any rumors (however exciting they may be) with a pinch of salt. TheNvidia leak way back in 2021seemed too good to be true, with a very long list of unexpected PC ports, sequels, and remakes that were apparently in the works if it was to be believed. Now with the recent confirmation ofKingdom Hearts 4, it seems like more than a few of the titles featured on it have proved to be real.
TheKingdom Heartsseries has been cultivating a loyal fanbase for two decades now, with the crossover universe of Disney and Square Enix bringing many fan-favorite properties into one beloved game franchise. Players are always clamoring for the next installment, and it seems like their hopes for the next mainline title have finally been answered thanks to the release of the first official trailer forKingdom Hearts 4and confirmation that the sequel is in development. Nvidia Leak
In late 2021, the gaming world was rocked by a massive leak from Nvidia GeForce Now’s backend, which revealed a seemingly extensive list of planned PC ports. The list also included many titles that had yet to be announced, likeMortal Kombat 12, Gears of War 6,or aFinal Fantasy 9remake, causing gamers to think they might be on their way.
But these were all just rumors until Nvidia confirmed that list did in fact come from its own organization, but that it was in no way a list of confirmed ports, remakes, or upcoming games and was instead part of a testing tool. A lot of what was here was said to be “speculative.” While much of the list is still yet to be confirmed and some entries even seem incredibly unlikely, there are enough games that have since been confirmed thatmake the Nvidia leak look more and more legitas the months go by.

Kingdom Hearts 4 And Other Confirmed Titles
With such a cliffhanger ending inKingdom Hearts 3, it was a foregone conclusion thatKingdom Hearts 4was on the way, but it wasn’t until theKingdom Hearts20th-anniversary event that fans of the franchise could be sure. The release of thefirst official trailer forKingdom Hearts 4has given players plenty to talk about, especially as there are usually a few more years separating mainline entries in the series. WithKingdom Hearts 3coming out in 2019, fans weren’t expecting a newKingdom Heartsgame for a while yet, so the news of the upcoming title is even more exciting.
Theconfirmation ofKingdom Hearts 4also adds more credence to the list of titles in the Nvidia leak and joins other games likeCrysis 4andDeath Stranding: Director’s Cutthat have since been confirmed. While many question marks still remain, there appears to be enough truth to the leak that it’s understandable why so many players have had their hopes raised. With speculation rife about what might be announced yet, many are takingKingdom Hearts 4’s confirmation as further proof that the leak does in fact feature actual upcoming titles. The list of confirmed games is as follows:

Other Likely Titles From the Nvidia Leak Still To Come
Although the list of games that have been confirmed after the extensive Nvidia leak is growing, there are still plenty that have yet to be announced. They range from heavily rumored to unlikely, with games likeStreet Fighter 6basically confirmed toTitanfall 3being well and truly on the back burner(if it comes at all). Other games featured in the Nvidia leak seem just as improbable, at least in regards to release window, like the nextBioShockgame from Cloud Chamber.
While it has been confirmed to be on its way, the leak suggested it would have a 2022 launch window, which would be a big surprise if it turned out to be true. There are a number of PC ports featured in the link which also seem like they could take a while, if they happen at all.Horizon Zero Dawnmay have made its way onto PC, but the sequel doesn’t seem to have any immediate plans to make the jump.
Game Rant collected a list ofall the games featured in the Nvidia leak, and there are still many, many titles that haven’t joinedKingdom Hearts 4in the ‘confirmed’ category yet, but gamers are still hopeful. Some are definitely more likely than others, and there are a number of sequels for popular series that are basically a sure thing. Games likeXCOM 3,Monster Hunter 6,andMortal Kombat 12are highly anticipated, and it wouldn’t be surprising if players hear about them in the coming months. There are also a number of leaks that hint at aResident Evil 4remake – something that seems increasingly possible given the success of the studio’s other recent remakes.Final Fantasy 9could also follow inFinal Fantasy 7’s footsteps and get a remake of its own, which would be great news for fans.
Thanks to the announcement ofKingdom Hearts 4,the Nvidia leak has received renewed attentionas players pore over the list to see what else might be announced next. The gradual confirmation of rumored titles from the list appears to add validity to its claims, and even the more unlikely revelations seem more and more possible. It will be interesting to see what the next few months bring, and which other games from the Nvidia leak find themselves moving from the ‘unconfirmed’ category to the ‘on the way’ list.
