Genshin Impact’s Inazuma arc is coming to an end which means that the game’s main story is heading for the mysterious land of Sumeru. HoYoverse’s recent videos have revealed a lot of the upcoming content including loads of new characters.

One of those characters is Dehya, a popular mercenary of the Eremites who conduct business all over the world of Teyvat. A credibleGenshin Impactleaker named SpendYourPrimos has revealed more details about this unique character.

Dehya will be featured in Act III of theGenshin ImpactArchon Questswhich will take place in Sumeru. SpendYourPrimos goes deeper into Dehya’s personality claiming that she is very disciplined and dedicated to her job, loyal and prideful, never betraying the person who hired her. When it comes to her rarity, fans claim that she will most likely be a new five-star character which was hinted at by her multiple appearances in recent Sumeru teasers.

The recent live stream forGenshin Impactversion 3.0has not mentioned anything about significant about this new character which means that she won’t join the playable roster in the first Sumeru update. However, there is a chance that she makes an appearance as a quest NPC. One of the recent Sumeru videos has confirmed that Dehya will be using the claymore as her primary weapon which means that she could have decent DPS numbers.

It’s also highly unlikely that she becomes a playable character inGenshin Impactversion 3.1as recent leaks confirmed that the update will introduce three other characters: Cyno, Nilou and Candace. The same leaker has revealed that Dehya and Candace are apparently very good friends in the game’s official story. Cyno and Nilou have had their kits leaked over the last couple of weeks which is usually a good indicator that they will join the roster in the foreseeable future. According to the leaks, Cyno will be a newGenshin ImpactDPS character whose kit revolves around using his Elemental Skill which seems to have a very low cooldown.

Recent Sumeru teasers have also confirmed that Cyno is an Electro polearm character, just like thepopular Electro Archon known as Raiden Shogun. Leaks have also been hinting that Nilou could have very long cool downs which means that she might be a sub-DPS or support character. However, these leaks should still be taken with a grain of salt considering that developer HoYoverse could still make some changes since update 3.1 is scheduled for the end of September.

Genshin Impactis available now for PC, PS4, PS5, and mobile devices. A Switch version is in development.
