Genshin Impactplayers have access to a fair amount of loot while they play. Whether finishing quests or partaking in the Spiral Abyss, there’s generally always a way to find some new rare items.

Despite Travelers having access to plenty of treasure though, fans often comment on the odd lack of a “Daily Rewards” system inGenshin Impact. While Paimon occasionally runs a 7-part check-in calendar, they’re rare and inconsistent, but the game’s developer miHoYo seems to be ready to change that.

Players can now “Check In” to theGenshin Impactofficial fan site to receive a daily in-game reward, which can range from mora, toExperience Materials and precious Primogems. In short, players will need to link their game account’s to a “HoYoLAB” account, and then simply log in once a day. Rewards are sent to the player through in-game mail.

HoYoLAB was established fairly recently as a rebranded version of miHoYo’s older fan-site forGenshin Impact. Most notably,HoYoLAB allows players to access the Battle Chronicle, which gives an in-depth look at the player’s in-game stats. Now, players can also use the site to give themselves a neat in-game boost too.

The full sequence of steps is as follows:

The rewards can be split into four categories: food, money, Experience Materials, and Primogems. Players will also receive a first-time 10,000 mora and 100 Primogem bonus gift. WhileGenshin Impactstill doesn’t have the traditional as-you-login check-in calendar that many players expect on mobile games, this new daily check-in system certainly helps to make up for it.

As per the current spread of rewards, players can look forward to over 50,000 mora and 160 Primogems in the next month. Admittedly, thePrimogem rewardscould be a bit more generous, but nonetheless, this is a stride in the right direction, as far as many of the game’s fans are concerned. A nice bonus feature is the ability to track Reward History through HoYoLAB as well, but if anything, this should at least encourage players to try out miHoYo’s shiny new fan platform for the game.

Genshin Impactis available now on the App Store, Google Play, PC, and PS4, and is currently in development for the PS5 and Switch.
