Genshin Impactofficially revealed which four-star characters will be featured in the first banner cycle of the upcoming version 3.8. The official Special Program live stream event for this update has already confirmed that the first part of the update will feature two popular five-star characters, Eula and Klee.
The event has also confirmed thatGenshin Impact3.8 will not introduce any new characters and it will feature four re-runs. Eula has been one of the most anticipated Genshin Impact characters over the recent months since her last banner appearance was way back in update 2.3 which dropped in November 2021.

With the pool of playable characters constantly expanding, each new update now features two double banners meaning that four limited characters are usually available in every new version of the game. Every double banner features a four-star lineup that includes three playable units that are generally weaker and have a lower pity making them much easier to obtain.Genshin Impact’s official Twitter announcement has finally revealed the four-star characters that will join Eula and Klee during the first part of update 3.8. According to the post, the first banner cycle ofGenshin Impactupdate 3.8will feature the following characters.
Fans claim that the banner will feature a decent four-star lineup. The Electro user Razor is a viable A-tier DPS unit that has a similar playstyle to thefive-star Sumeru character Cyno. Both of these characters use their Elemental Burst to enhance their other attacks and abilities and infuse them with Electro damage.
Even though Razor has not been anS-tier character inGenshin Impactfor a while now, he is still a valuable asset for team comps that need a strong Electro DPS. Thoma is a decent four-star support whose strength lies in his ability to provide shields to his teammates as well as shred the enemies' resistance. He has great Pyro application which means him a valuable asset in teams that rely on this element.
The four-star Cryo user Mikais also a great support who can provide a lot of sustain to all of his party members. Travelers who want to get any of these characters will have to wait a couple of days since the official live stream event revealed thatGenshin Impactversion 3.8 will drop on July 5.
