Players will also be able to customize managerial tactics through the options available in the mode, this will allow players to preset tactics and implement them at will in the game. This adds depth to the roles that players can give in a game and will give fans more than the traditional attack focus and formation changes. Despite these changes, some fans may still be concerned about the quality of the upcoming title. Many have felt that in recent years the games have made trivial changes rather than adding value to the franchise and as a result, there have even beencalls to boycottFIFA 21.
While these changes will please some players,FIFA 21will need to convince others with more radical alterations that will prove that the franchise is moving forward. WhetherFIFA 21can remove all of the errors ofFIFA 20and innovate remains to be seen, but the early announcements suggest that Electronic Arts are trying to win back fans.
FIFA 21will release on October 9th and is coming to Nintendo Switch, PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Stadia, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X.
