This is because its equip bonuses are unfocused and spread throughout each of the three basic resources. Although it could have a more narrow effect, its bonus to recovery across the board is not to be ignored.
Hist Whisperer Set Bonuses
The Hist Whisperer set is built entirely around Health, Stamina, and Magicka Recovery alike. The two, three, and four-item bonuses each add a passive 129 Health, Stamina, and Magicka Recovery respectively, while the full set bonus gives a massive boost to Recoveryacross the board.
Light and Heavy Attacks with the Hist Whisperer set restore 318 Magicka, Stamina, and Health with each hit. A fully-charged Heavy Attack heals for 636 on top of this for a total of more than 900 resources restored with every hit.
How To Get The Hist Whisperer Set
The Hist Whisperer armor set is a crafted armor set, meaning thatits bonuses can be imbued by skilled crafters onto any piece of crafted equipment. Withered Root, the Hist Whisperer Crafting area, is located in the southeast area of Blackwood in Argonian territory.
The setrequires players to have researchedat least three traits on the item they want to imbue with Hist Whisperer bonuses. Normal equipment can still be crafted at these stations, but to get the full bonuses of the Hist Whisperer set players must have three traits unlocked on their armor style or weapon of choice.
