Destiny 2Guardians are enjoying the Iron Banner this week inDestiny 2; however, it is not awarding the new Shotgun or Machine Gun. This bug is unfortunate for Guardians considering these are the completely new Iron Banner weapons.
The Iron Banner Shotgun and Machine gun are bugged and not dropping from any sources outside of the Seasonal Iron Banner Quest. Guardians curious about when the bug may get fixed now have some news about a potential fix to the bug.

Destiny 2Senior Community Manager, @A_dmg04 on Twitter, shared that theDestiny 2team is digging into the Iron Banner dropswith a goal of adding the Shotgun and Machine Gun into the vendor/bounty loot pool by the next Iron Banner. Since Iron Banner is a monthly event, Guardians will have to wait a while before these guns will be in the loot pool.
The Iron Banner Shotgun, Riiswalker, is a Kinetic Lightweight Frame Shotgun inDestiny 2.Lightweight Frame weapons allow Guardians to move fasterwhen the weapon is equipped. While it is not the same archetype as the popular Felwinter’s Lie, Riiswalker can roll with Iron Reach which will increase its overall range.
The Machine Gun on offer from the Iron Banner is the Archon’s Thunder, a High-Impact Frame Machine Gun. The Archons Thunder is a 360 rate of fire weapon capable of rolling with the Iron Banner perks, Iron Gaze and Iron Grip. For Guardians who want to have as many chances as possible at these newDestiny 2Iron Banner weapons, they can save their Iron Banner Tokens until the next Iron Banner event when the fix is expected to go live.
Guardians can also commit to completing theDestiny 2Seasonal Iron Banner Queston all three characters to get three of each of the Shotgun and Machine Gun. This is the only way to get multiple versions of these new Iron Banner weapons until the bug with their drops is fixed.
The other two Iron Banner weapons for Season of the Splicer are the Finite Impactor and the Occluded Finality. Finite Impactor is a 140 RPM Hand Cannon that can roll with thenewly buffed No Distractions perkand Multikill Clip. Occluded Finality is a 72 RPM Sniper Rifle that can roll with perks like Vorpal Weapon, Opening Shot, as well as No Distractions. Both the Hand Cannon and Sniper Rifle are returning Iron Banner Weapons so there is less excitement around them. Guardians will have to wait for the next season to see if any more new Iron Banner weapons are introduced toDestiny 2.
