It appears thatFall Guys: Ultimate Knockouthas a very high-profile new fan in the form ofCaptain Marvel’s Brie Larson. While the actress is well known as being a gamerandAnimal Crossingfan, the MCU star recently expressed her newfound love ofFall Guys.
When Brie Larson first let it be known that she wassuch a bigAnimal Crossingfan, it surprised some of even her most devout fans. However, over the years, theCaptain Marvelstar has reinforced her chops as a bonafide gamer, playing several different titles on live streams and appearing in videos. Now it appears she’s branching out even more to a game that took social media by storm when it was released a few years back.

In a recent video, Larson made it clear that she’s become quite enraptured byFall Guys. In fact, she laid out that has a “ridiculous” relationship to the game, despite the fact that she’s come to it quite a bit later than some of its most devoted players. She added that she likes the game so much that there’s a very good chance that she’ll be making quite a few other videos showing her playing it.
Larson said that she’s actually been holding back for quite a while about her feelings onFall Guys, but she thinks she could do something like 15 videos on the subject if that’s what her YouTube followers. However, she added that’s not the only game she’s interested in, saying she has a “lot of hot takes” about the industry in general.
Brie Larson didn’t make it clear what other gamesshe might be talking about, though it seems as if she wants to make sure that video games will be a part of her wide range of YouTube videos. In fact, she doesn’t seem to have decided entirely what she’ll be doing when she does start putting up more videos.
One possibility for another game besidesFall Guysthat she might feature on her channel (and besidesAnimal Crossing) could beMetroid Dread. The actress hasn’t made her love of theMetroidfranchise in general a secret as she’s gone on record saying she’d love to play Samus if a movie based on the character was ever to be made. She also appearednot long after the Nintendo Switch exclusive debuted last year.
Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockoutis available now on PC and PS4 with versions for PS5, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S currently in development.
