In a pair of tweets, Haile explained that theCall of Duty: Modern WarfareandWarzoneSeason 5 update will be large, not unlike previous seasonal updates, but that the studio will be using it to optimize some of the game’s asset packs. Essentially, this will allow Infinity Ward to reduce the amount of hard drive space thatCall of Duty: Modern WarfareandWarzoneare currently taking up. So while the Season 5 update will be big, by the time it’s done, the overallModern WarfareandWarzonefile size should be smaller.
