New information regarding the upcomingCall of Duty: Black Ops Cold WarSeason 1 content has been unveiled. Alongside a new trailer, players have discovered a short background story that helps tell the story of Vikhor Kuzmin, an ex-KGB operative.Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold Warfans will have to deal with Adler’s career mistake as Season 1 rolls out later this month.
The background is revealed through an ARG experience similar to theoriginalCall of Duty: Black Ops Cold Warteaser. After solving a few puzzles, finding the right code, and putting it in the right console, players learned the background for the new season of content.

After the Nova-6 production was destroyed, CIA team leader Adler tortured Vikhor “Stich” Kuzmin for information and on that night made a very powerful enemy. Stich has now returned for revenge, and Adler and his strike team must survive the Nova-6 gas that threatens the entire world.
