Not only can this help with your strength, but it will also allow you to be able to retaliate with powerful attacks without being worn out. Stamina will also make it a lot easier for you to explore new areas in less time.
If you are unsure how you can increase your Stamina bar, we will show you exactly what you need to do. There are a couple of methods you can use to increase your attributes, and we will show you each way so you can upgrade your skills significantly.

How to Increase Stamina Through Battle in Bellwright
The first method you can use to increase your Stamina is by going straight into battle. Equip your character with anyweaponthat you currently have, and you can increase your Strength attribute by attacking ahuman enemyand killing them. Keep in mind that your Strength attribute will not increase from hitting animals, though.
You can check your Strength attribute by going to the main menu and choosing Inventory, and then Attributes. After doing some battling, you will notice the bar increasing on your Strength attribute. Eventually, you will level up, and this will increase yourMax HP,Stamina, and give you aDamage Bonus. You can easily find Bandit Encampments labeled on your map, as shown in the image above. It’s a good idea to keepyour new personal shackaway from enemy camps to protect yourself, though, so you might have to travel a bit to find some bandits.
How to Increase Stamina With Books in Bellwright
Outside of just increasing Stamina through battling bandits, you can alsoread some booksto level up your Strength attribute. If you aren’t much of a fighter yourself, this might be the best method for you, though it will cost some money.Books are a common occurrence in survival games, so you should have no problem picking up some.
You can get books by visiting any nearby towns, and visiting their localbookseller. The price of each book will depend on what level you are purchasing. For example, an Apprentice level Strength Book will cost150 Coins, as you can see from the Book Seller, Oscar Lanslet, found in the town of Haerndean. It is also possible to get books off ofbandit corpsesafter you defeat them, but this is not guaranteed. You can check their corpse once they are down.
Once you’ve gotten a book, open up your inventory andright-clickon the book you want to read.To increaseStamina, you will want to read aStrength Book. Then, go over to the Attributes section, and click on theplus signnext to Strength. Your character will then start reading the book, which will take some time to complete.
