Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtreetakes you to the Realm of Shadow, where you follow Miquella’s followers on their path to the kind demigod known for love and affliction. On your journey through the Shadow Realm, you will face many powerful bosses in all areas.
Some of these bosses are classified as legendary bosses who drop a remembrance when defeated. These remembrances can be traded with Enia at Roundtable Hold to obtain weapons and learn the bosses' attacks. WithShadow of the Erdtree, FromSoft has added ten remembrance bosses to the game. In this guide, you will find a list of allElden RingDLC Remembrancesand the rewards you can claim by trading them with Enia.

Although these bosses are generally straightforward to locate, some players might have difficulty finding the exact locations. We have updated this guide to include the locations of all remembrance bosses and the rewards you can gain from exchanging their remembrances.

Enir-Ilim in Gravesite Plain
Remembrance of the Dancing Lion
The Remembrance of the Dancing Lion can be traded for theEnraged Divine Beasttalisman orAsh of War: Divine Beast Frost Stomp. The Enraged Divine Beast talisman increases the damage from storm attacks, while the Divine Beast Frost Stomp skill is an upgraded variant of the Hoarfrost Stomp skill from the base game.
How to Get to Dancing Lion SOTE Remembrance
Divine Beast Dancing Lion is the first remembrance boss most players will encounter inShadow of the Erdtree. As you enter the Gravesite Plain, the starting region of theElden RingDLC, you will find a path leading to the Three-Path Cross site of grace where you will meet Redmane Freyja and Hornsent. Follow the path under the cliff to the west to find the entrance to the Belurat legacy dungeon.
The Dancing Lion boss can be fought by entering the door ahead of Stagefront site of grace located at the end of the Belurat legacy dungeon. After defeating theDivine Beast Dancing Lion, you will be rewarded with the Remembrance of the Dancing Lion andDivine Beast Headgear.

Remembrance of the Twin Moon Knight
At the end of Castle Ensis, players will faceRellana, Twin Moon Knight. She is Rennala’s younger sister, who decided to stay by the side of Messmer, the Impaler in the Shadow Realm. After defeating her, you will be rewarded with theRemembrance of the Twin Moon Knight.
By trading Rellana’s remembrance, you can either claim Rellana’s Twin Blades or Rellana’s Twin Moons. Rellana’s Twin Blades come with the unique Moon-and-Fire Stance skill, which can deal magic and fire damage.

The other reward,Rellana’s Twin Moons, is a moon sorcery that summons two moons followed by a plunging attack. Of all sorceries, it has the highest Intelligence requirement of 72, surpassing Rennala’s Full Moon.
How to Get to Twin Moon Knight SOTE Remembrance
To reachRellana, Twin Moon Knight, you must traverse the entirety ofCastle Ensis. It is a small legacy dungeon sprawling with Messmer’s knights and Carian knights. From the Castle Front site of grace, head straight north and pass through all the enemies to reach the Castle Ensis Checkpoint site of grace. The gate ahead is locked and requires you to take a hidden route. Near the Castle Ensis Checkpoint site of grace, there is a guard holding a torch near the edge of a cliff. Jump down onto the cliff to find a path leading to a ladder, which takes you to Castle Ensis' bridge and the lever to open the gate.
From the bridge, head east and ascend the cliff to encounter an NPC enemy named Moonrithyll, a Carian Knight. You can either fight him or bypass him to enter the castle. Continue deeper until you find a lift leading to the Castle-Lord’s Chamber site of grace. Rellana, Twin Moon Knight, resides in the room adjacent to Castle-Lord’s Chamber. Defeat her to obtain the Twin Moon Knight remembrance inShadow of the Erdtree.

Remembrance of Putrescence
The Remembrance of Putrescence can be traded for the Putrescence Cleaver or Vortex of Putrescence spell.Putrescence Cleaveris the hammer used by the Putrescent Knight and comes with the iconic spinning blade skill. TheVortex of Putrescencesorcery summons a wave of blue frostbite flame on the ground.
How to Get to Putrescence SOTE Remembrance
At the southern tip ofSouthern Shore, you will find a passage leading to an area known as theFissure. This underground location is home to bloodfields, abnormal stone clusters, and small death birds. After escaping them, you will reach the Fissure Depths site of grace. From there, head south and take a leap of faith from the head statue to drop into the Putrescent Knight boss arena. After defeating him, you will obtain the Remembrance of Putrescence inShadow of the Erdtree.
Remembrance of the Impaler
The Remembrance of the Impaler is the reward for defeating Messmer the Impaler, located in Shadow Keep. He is one of the non-optional bosses ofElden Ring: Shadow of the ErdtreeDLC. You will have to defeat him to obtain Messmer’s Kindling, a key item needed for burning thesealing treeat the Ancient Ruins of Rauh.
The Remembrance of the Impaler lets you choose one of the following items:Spear of the Impalerand Messmer’s Orb. Spear of the Impaler is the great spear used by Messmer and comes with one of the coolest weapon skills in the DLC. Messmer’s Orb is an incantation cast by Messmer at the start of his fight. It causes a huge explosion on impact, dealing significant stance damage.

How to Get to Impaler SOTE Remembrance
Messmer the Impaleris a remembrance boss residing in the Shadow Keep located in Scadu Altas. To reach him, you will first need to make it to the Specimen Storehouse in Shadow Keep. Upon entering the Specimen Storehouse, you will unlock the Storehouse, First Floor site of grace. From there, head north and climb a few stairs to find a giant statue hanging from the ceiling. Climb its feet and get to the other side to reach the Storehouse, Fourth Floor site of grace.
From there, head southwest and take the staircase leading to a Red Knight. Continue in this direction until you find a couple of bats. Then, turn left to enter a library and go north until you find a staircase. Take the staircase, but instead of going to the top, take a right turn and go to the end to find a lever.

Activate this lever to raise all the statues in the middle of the Specimen Storehouse. Now, you will need to do some parkour on top of the statues to reach the bridge to Messmer’s Chamber. The bridge is guarded by a Fire Knight, but you can ignore him and head straight for the site of grace in front of Messmer’s Chamber. Enter Messmer’s Chamber and defeat him to get theRemembrance of the Impaler.
Remembrance of the Wild Boar
The Remembrance of the Wild Boar lets you pick either the Sword Lance orBlades of Stonesorcery. Despite its name, theSword Lanceis neither a standard sword nor a lance. This weapon is categorized as a heavy thrusting sword with the Spinning Gravity Thrust skill. Surprisingly, the Sword Lance can also have other Ashes of War, allowing different affinities. As for Blades of Stone, it is a gravity sorcery with a big AOE physical attack.
How to Get to Wild Boar SOTE Remembrance
The Specimen Storehouse in Shadow Keep has a hidden back area that leads to a lift on the backside of the castle. To find this lift, you will first have to unlock theStorehouse, Back Section, and Loft sites of grace. To find these sites of grace, you will have to go through the Sunken Chapel area on the eastern side of Shadow Keep. From the Storehouse, Loft site of grace, you will find a lift to the rafters. Go northwest to find a platform with an exit.
Go through this exit to find two more lifts, one after another. Taking the final lift will take you to the Shadow Keep, Back Door site of grace. Just north of this site of grace is the arena for theCommander Gaius boss fight. This boss has one of the weirdest hitboxes, causing most players to struggle against it, but when defeated, it gives the Remembrance of the Wild Boar.

Remembrance of the Shadow Sunflower
At the base of the Scadutree, you will have to fight a creepy remembrance boss called the Scadutree Avatar. Defeating it drops the remembrance of the Shadow Sunflower. The Remembrance of the Shadow Sunflower lets you pick either a colossal weapon calledShadow Sunflower Blossomor an incantation called the Land of Shadow. While the Shadow Sunflower Blossom might be somewhat lackluster, theLand of Shadowis a powerful incantation with multiple projectiles and excellent tracking.
How to Get to Shadow Sunflower SOTE Remembrance
you’re able to reach theScadutree Avatar boss fightafter removing the water from the Sunken Chapel area in Shadow Keep. After draining the water, enter the chapel next to the Sunken Chapel site of grace and head to its northern part to find a lift leading to the Tree-Worship Passage and Tree-Worship Sanctum site of grace. The Scadutree Avatar boss is just north of the Tree-Worship Sanctum site of grace.
Remembrance of the Mother of Fingers
TheStaff of the Great Beyondis a powerful staff for Intelligence-Faith hybrid builds, as it gets high split scaling from both stats. What makes this weapon special is its ability to cast both sorceries and incantations. It is a great quality-of-life change for players who used to switch between sacred seals and glintstone staffs. On the other hand,Gazing Fingeris a colossal weapon made literally from the boss’s head. Its skill slams down the weapon on the ground and deals magic AOE damage in a small area.
How to Get to Mother of Fingers SOTE Remembrance
By following Count Ymir’s questline to its end, players will get to fight Metyr, Mother of Fingers, located under theCathedral of Manus Metyr. This eldritch horror drops the Remembrance of the Mother of Fingers when slain.
To finish Count Ymir’s questline, you will have to ring bells located at the Finger Ruins of Rhia and Dheo. After ringing both bells, Count Ymir will reveal the secret path to Finger Ruins of Miyr where you will find another bell. Ringing this bell will take you to the Mother of Fingers remembrance boss fight inShadow of the Erdtree.

Remembrance of the Lord of Frenzied Flame
Deep in theAbyssal Woodslies Midra’s Manse, home to Midra, the Lord of Frenzied Flame, in theElden RingDLC. After defeating Midra, you will be rewarded with theRemembrance of the Lord of Frenzied Flame.
The Remembrance of the Lord of Frenzied Flame has two rewards: Greatsword of Damnation and Midra’s Flame of Frenzy incantation.Greatsword of Damnationis one of the best DLC weapons because of its standard Claymore moveset and unique Ash of War - Golden Crux. The Golden Crux skill can grab human-sized enemies and pierce barbs through their bodies, making it a great pick for PVP.

As for Midra’s Flame of Frenzy, it is similar to the Unendurable Frenzy spell. However, it is not the bestFrenzy incantation, as its fast madness build-up is detrimental to the caster as well.
How to Get to Lord of Frenzied Flame SOTE Remembrance
Midra, Lord of Frenzied Flame, is a remembrance boss found inside Midra’s Manse in Abyssal Woods. To unlock Abyssal Woods, you must first go through the Darklight Catacombs. After entering Abyssal Woods, head southwest to find Midra’s Manse, but be careful of the Aging Untouchables roaming these forsaken lands. Midra’s Manse is a small dungeon with only a few rooms. Ultimately, you will be able to fight the Lord of Frenzied Flame and obtain the boss’s remembrance.
Remembrance of the Saint of the Bud
The Remembrance of the Saint of the Bud is rewarded for defeating Romina, Saint of the Bud, in theAncient Ruins of Rauh. She is one of the non-optional bosses required to complete theElden RingDLC. It can be traded for either the Polearm of the Bud or Rotten Butterflies incantation.
The Polearm of the Bud is a new Scarlet Rot weapon with a 55 Rot buildup. The weapon skill has a beautiful animation and lands two strikes with a high chance of inflicting Scarlet Rot. Like the weapon, Rotten Butterflies is an incantation centered around Scarlet Rot. On casting, it creates a whirl of butterflies that explode and apply Scarlet Rot in a large area.

How to Get to Saint of the Bud SOTE Remembrance
Romina, Saint of the Bud is aSOTEremembrance boss located at the end of the Ancient Ruins of Rauh. This area becomes accessible after you have reached Specimen Storehouse in Shadow Keep. You must go through the Ancient Ruins of Rauh to reach the Church of the Bud to fight Romina. Once defeated, she drops the Remembrance of the Saint of the Bud.
Remembrance of a God and a Lord
The Remembrance of a God and a Lord is the first remembrance that can be traded for three rewards instead of two. you may pick one of three options:Greatsword of Radahn (Lord),Greatsword of Radahn (Light), and Light of Miquella incantation.
Greatsword of Radahn (Lord) and (Light) have the same stat requirements but different weapon skills. The Light of Miquella incantation takes the spotlight for its extremely high requirement of 72 Faith. It summons a giant pillar of holy light and smaller beams of holy attacks.
How to Get A God and A Lord SOTE Remembrance
The Remembrance of a God and a Lord is the reward for defeating the final boss ofShadow of the Erdtree:Radahn, Consort of Miquella. This fight happens at the highest level of the Enir-Ilim legacy dungeon, accessible only after defeating Romina, Saint of the Bud, and burning the sealing tree using Messmer’s Kindling. You will also have to fightNeedle Knight Ledaand her allies to get to the Radahn boss inShadow of the Erdtree.
