Honkai: Star Railis a game that offers a lot of exploration opportunities for players tofind chests and Warp Trotters in each map. However, the game is not just about exploring for loot. It offers a variety of quests and othersecret interactionsthat add depth to the game’s story, while allowing players to earn additional rewards such as Stellar Jade,achievements, and world currencies. These quests and interactions offer a fun way for players to engage with the game’s world beyond just finding treasure, makingHonkai: Star Raila truly engaging experience.

One secret quest in The Xianzhou Luofu involves finding the 7 missing postal service birds, known as the Cycranes for the Heron Express. Each bird has a unique personality and mini-interactions that players must navigate to convince them to return to work. Interestingly, each bird also represents one of the 7 Sins. To complete the quest, players must explore the entire area and solve various puzzles. As a reward, players canearn Stellar Jades, 8 Achievements, and Strales, which can be used to redeem items from the World store faster. For those who may struggle to find all the birds, this guide is available to show all the locations and interactions needed to solve the quest, as they won’t be receiving any hints in-game. However, except for the first Cycrane, players can follow any order to find all the birds.
First Cycrane - How To Start The Mission?
To start the hidden quest, players must first encounter aDepressed Cycraneat the bridge of Central Starskiff Haven, located towards the upper right side of the map. Upon interacting with the bird, it will inform the player that it is no longer depressed and suggest that they speak with Ziqiao of Heron Express.

When players talk to Ziqiao, they will notice an option referring to the Depressed Cycrane, which prompts the realization that there are six more missing cycranes scattered across multiple maps. Players are tasked with finding all of them. Once this interaction is completed, players will earn the firstachievement of the set,The Seven Errors of Cycranes: Sloth. As players locate each of the remaining Cycranes, Ziqiao will send amusing messages to the player, updating them on their progress.
Second Cycrane - Envy
TheResentful Cycraneis one of the more difficult Cycranes to find since it is located in a rather remote location compared to some of the others, in Central Starskiff Haven as shown on the map below. After a short interaction, this bird will give players a Logistic Navigation Map which can be accessed using the function button to locate it.
However, the important aspect of this map is that it does not actually reflect the true location of the bird. Players will be notified with a small text that the bird might have gone off the map once they go afar from the designated location. Thus, this map is actually useless, and the bird can be found in the location below instead.
Once the bird is found again, players will be able to convince it to go back to work and receiveThe Seven Errors of Cycranes: Envyachievement.
Third Cycrane - Gluttony
To findDissatisfied Crane, players should head to a remote shop at the Central Starskiff Haven, as indicated on the map below.
The bird is hiding among toy cranes, and players can interact with it to start a dialogue. The bird will propose a bet, stating that it will only return to the Heron Express if the player wins. The bet revolves aroundanswering a questionto determine if the bird is lying or telling the truth. Players can ask two questions to try and deduce the answer, but ultimately, the outcome of the bet does not matter. Even if players lose, the bird will still go back to work, and they will receiveThe Seven Errors of Cycranes: Gluttonyachievement.
Fourth Cycrane - Pride
The remaining cranes cannot be found in the Central Starskiff Haven anymore. To locate the fourth crane, namedCycrane with the Moniker “Stonker”players must travel to the location marked on the Exalting Sanctum map below.

During the interaction with the bird, players will be asked a question about how to divide Strales among two children based on their work speed. The correct answer is 5 Strales, as both children should receive equal pay for the same amount of work. Once players provide the correct answer, the bird will return to the Heron Express, and players will be rewarded withThe Seven Errors of Cycranes: Prideachievement.
Fifth Cycrane - Greed
The fifth Cycrane, also known as theCycrane with the Moniker “Evil Dragon”can be found on top of some boxes in the Cloudford map F1, as indicated below. After a brief conversation, it will ask players to help repair the Cycranes Abacus.
Players can then interact with the abacus and solve it easily by ensuring there are two gaps between the two beads, by moving one of them to the other side first, and then rotating enough till both are aligned with their spots. Once this puzzle is solved, players can ask the bird to return to the Heron Express and receiveThe Seven Errors of Cycranes: Greedachievement.
Sixth Cycrane - Lust
The sixth Cycrane, known as theCourteous Cycrane, can also be found in the Cloudford map, near the Space Anchor teleport point at the bottom of F1.
After interacting with this bird, players must follow it to the next location, where they must defeat three rounds of enemies on the way. Once the enemies are defeated, players can continue to follow the bird and engage in a conversation about obtaining a photobook. After the conversation, the Courteous Cycrane will return to the Heron Express with the players and grant themThe Seven Errors of Cycranes: Lustachievement.
Seventh Cycrane - Wrath
To find the final bird, theBrave Cycrane, players need to go to the Stargazer Navalia map and head towards the middle Space Anchor teleport point. If the route is blocked, players can use the controller to move the containers and clear the path to locate the bird.

As with the Courteous Cycrane, players will need to defeat the enemies in order to persuade the Brave Cycrane to return to the Heron Express. Upon successfully convincing it, players will be awardedThe Seven Errors of Cycranes: Wrathachievement and will have found all the missing birds.
Return Back To Ziqiao For The Last Achievement
After returning to Ziqiao, where the NPC was initially found, players will receive the 8th achievement calledSeven Birds in the Hand is Worth A Thousand in the Bushand 5000 credits. In total, players will obtain 8 achievements, each giving 5 Stellar Jade and 70 Strales for finding 7 cycranes, which is 10 each andcomplete the quest. On the following reset day, players will receive a text message on their phone from an unknown number regarding the sentience and unique personalities of these birds to read through, though this interaction will not provide any additional rewards.
