Alan Wake 2is Remedy’s return to the mysterious little town of Bright Falls. Alan Wake is still trying to escape the Dark Place after 13 years while Saga Anderson investigates a murder in the area. This sequel is a departure from the first as it’s now a survival horror game. Players can expect more jump scares and puzzles as they unravel the strange looping story.
Saga can come across Cult Stashes throughout her investigation. These are boxes thatthe Cult of the Treehas hidden around the town. Each one requires a puzzle to unlock and contains valuable resources. This guide providesthe solution to the Ranger Station Cult Stash located in Bright Falls.

Ranger Station Cult Stash Location
The Cult Stash can be found on a hill near the Ranger Station.Players can head west from the Wellness Center and around the coast if they’ve justfinished “Return 5: Old Gods.“The flooding in the area has receded, making it possible to traverse. Taken will be on this path.
IfAlan Wake 2fans decide to backtrack along the northern path, they can quicklycut through Billie’s Boatyardbyusing the bolt cutters.Follow the trail down the coast to get to the stash. There will be enemies on the way there and near the stash, so players should be prepared for a fight.
Ranger Station Cult Stash Solution
The clue on top of the stash is some sort of strange red drawing that appears to be useless. Players should head down the hill to the Ranger Station. There is anursery rhyme inside itto complete, as well as the solution to the cult stash.
Players should go to the entrance onthe eastern side of the Ranger Stationand move along theright side of the station, past the stairs.
Trace the wall until Saga reaches the corner where the building juts out.The Ranger Station Stash Key is hidden in this little corner.If Saga gets close enough to the key, it will be revealed on the map, making it easy to find. Players can then return to the stash and open it to find some helpful resources. The note inside is from a cult member who is angry at the confusing clue.
